Refunds

The short version. Monthly plans: cancel any time and I refund the current month if you ask. Builds: the mockup is free, you pay half to start and half only once you're happy, so you are never asked to pay in full for something you have not seen.

Monthly plans — Website Care and the AI Receptionist monthly fee

  • Cancel any time at brickworkstudio.net/cancel, or by replying "cancel" to any email from me. No phone call, no reason needed.
  • If you were charged for a month you did not want, tell me and I refund it. No questions, no form, no approval step.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally the same working day and always within one working day of you asking.
  • Cancelling a care plan does not take your website down. The site is yours.

Builds — websites, Shopify stores, custom systems

  • Before work starts: full refund of the deposit, no conditions.
  • After work has started: the deposit covers the work already done, and I will show you what that was. If I have not started, you get all of it back.
  • The balance is only due once you have reviewed the finished site and you are happy with it. If you are not happy, it is not due.
  • The mockup is free and stays free whether or not you go ahead.

How to ask

Reply to any email from me, message WhatsApp, or email robinmarwa44@gmail.com. Any of those works. You do not need to explain why, though if something went wrong I would genuinely like to know so I can fix it — that is a request, not a condition.

What shows on your statement

Card payments are handled by Stripe and appear on your statement as BRICKWORK STUDIO. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please ask me before contacting your bank — I can usually explain or refund it within the hour, which is faster than a dispute.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer engaging me for personal rather than business purposes, you have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as set out in the terms. Nothing on this page limits that, or any other statutory right.
