Fill this in and your plan is cancelled. No phone call, no reason needed, no offer you have to sit through first.

What happens: I stop the recurring charge and confirm by email, normally the same working day and always within one working day. You are not charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your website stays live and stays yours — cancelling a care plan does not take your site down.

You do not have to give a reason, and leaving the box empty will not slow anything down.

Any of those is enough. I will not ask you to use a different one, and I will not ask you to call.

If you would rather pause than cancel

You can pause a care plan for up to three months and pick it up where you left off — just say so in the box above or in your message. This is entirely optional and choosing it is not a condition of anything: if you asked to cancel, you are cancelled.
